SHIPPING + RETURNS

 

HOMEWARES

All homewares ship out from our warehouse within approximately 1-3 business days. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for transit. If an item arrives damaged please see our Damaged Item Policy. Please email jen@wilhousedesigns.com to begin your return.

 

YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER TO RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS.

 

Eligible Items must not show signs of use or damage. Once inspected, we will be happy to credit your original payment method minus the shipping expense back to our warehouse as customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not accept returns of already burned candles. Eligible items that were purchased as a set, for example, two candles bought as one SKU must be returned as the set.  We can not return or exchange part of a set.

 

DAMAGED ITEM POLICY

We take pride in ensuring that your items arrive safely to your home, but we understand that sometimes damages do occur during transit. If you have received an item that is damaged please notify Wares Co. within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us with proof of purchase and pictures of the damaged item at jen@wilhousedesigns.com. All damaged items must be returned in original packaging. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to offer any cancellations. 

 

BACKORDERS

Our team strives to keep product availability updated frequently. However, all products are subject to additional backorder per vendor availability. If this occurs with your order, you will be notified immediately via email. 

 

SHIPPING

At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes and anywhere outside of the US.
